1. 基本方針 1. Our Approach

Mandalize は、日々の行動や気づきを端末内で記録し、その積み重なりを見返すためのローカルファーストなアプリです。
イベント・ミッション・日々の記録・設定など、アプリ内で生まれるデータはお使いの端末内に保存されます。 運営者が管理するユーザーデータ保存用サーバーはなく、クラウドへの自動同期やアカウント登録もありません。

Mandalize is a local-first app for recording daily actions and reflections on your device and looking back on their accumulation.
Events, missions, daily logs, and settings are stored on your device. There is no developer-managed server for storing user data, no automatic cloud sync, and no account required.

2. 端末内に保存される情報 2. Data Stored on Your Device

次の情報は端末内のデータベースに保存されます。既定で外部サーバーに送信・保管されることはありません。

The following data is stored in an on-device database. It is not sent to or stored on external servers by default.

• イベント・ミッション・日々の記録（DailyLog）
• ミッション達成時の任意の実感入力・メモ・タグ
• 通知設定・表示設定などのアプリ設定
• アプリ内で使うレンズ・表示補助の定義やキャッシュ
• アプリ内チャットや操作補助に関するローカル情報

• Events, missions, and daily logs (DailyLog)
• Optional felt inputs, notes, and tags recorded with mission completion
• App settings including notifications and display preferences
• Lens/display helper definitions and local caches used by the app
• Local information related to in-app chat or helper interactions

アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは端末から削除されます。 運営者が保持するコピーはありません。

Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device. The developer does not retain a copy.

3. 相談用テキスト作成について 3. Consultation Text Helper

Mandalize には、イベントやミッションについて誰かに相談したり、AI・SNS・チャットツール・メモなどに貼り付けたりしやすい相談用テキストを作成する機能があります。
この機能は、外部AIに自動送信する機能ではありません。

Mandalize includes a consultation text helper that prepares text you can use when asking someone for advice or pasting into an AI app, social platform, chat tool, or notes app.
This feature does not automatically send anything to an external AI service.

• 相談用テキストはアプリ内で作成されます。
• 内容を確認してから、コピー・共有・貼り付けできます。
• どこに渡すかはユーザー自身が選びます。
• 作成された相談用テキストそのものは、日々の記録の真実データとして保存されません。

• The consultation text is prepared inside the app.
• You can review it before copying, sharing, or pasting it elsewhere.
• You choose where to use it.
• The generated consultation text itself is not stored as a truth record in your daily logs.

4. 外部への情報送信 4. External Data Transmission

日々の記録・メモ・会話内容などの個人情報は、既定では端末の外に送信されません。
外部アプリ、SNS、チャットツール、AIサービスなどへ情報が渡るのは、ユーザーが明示的にコピー・共有・貼り付けなどの操作を行った場合に限られます。

Personal information such as daily logs, notes, and conversation content is not sent outside your device by default.
Information is shared with external apps, social platforms, chat tools, AI services, or other services only when you explicitly copy, share, paste, or otherwise take that action.

バックグラウンドで自動的に外部送信が行われることはありません。

No automatic background transmission to external services occurs.

5. AI 機能と補助機能 5. AI and Helper Features

Mandalize は、文章作成や提案の補助にAIを利用できる場合があります。ただし、AIは日々の記録の真実を決めるものではなく、補助的な下書き・提案を作るためのものです。

Mandalize may use AI when available to assist with wording or suggestions. AI does not determine the truth of your daily records; it only helps prepare drafts or suggestions.

• 端末内AI / ローカル補助：利用可能な場合、できるだけ端末内で完結する補助として扱います。
• 相談用テキスト作成：AIに限定せず、さまざまな相談先に渡しやすいテキストを作る機能です。
• 外部AIへの直接送信：現状の基本設計では、アプリが既定で外部AI APIへ直接送信することはありません。

• On-device/local assistance: When available, helper generation is handled on-device as much as possible.
• Consultation text helper: This prepares text for many possible destinations, not only AI services.
• Direct external AI submission: In the current default design, the app does not directly send data to external AI APIs.

6. 外部検索・アイテム機能 6. External Search and Item Features

アイテム検索などの外部検索機能を使う場合、検索先にはユーザーが選んだ検索語やカテゴリなど、必要最小限の情報だけが渡されます。 日々の記録本文、メモ、感情の推定、隠れた分析結果などを広告や外部検索のために自動送信することはありません。

When you use external search features such as item search, only the minimum necessary information, such as selected keywords or categories, is passed to the destination. Daily log text, notes, inferred emotions, hidden analysis results, and similar personal context are not automatically sent for advertising or external search.

7. 解析・テレメトリについて 7. Analytics and Telemetry

Mandalize は、日々の記録や相談用テキスト、メモ、チャット本文などを既定で外部の解析サービスへ送信しません。 将来的に品質改善のための匿名化された利用状況やクラッシュ情報を扱う場合も、個人の記録本文とは分離して扱います。

Mandalize does not send daily logs, consultation text, notes, or chat content to external analytics services by default. If anonymized usage or crash information is used in the future for quality improvement, it will be handled separately from personal record content.

8. 第三者への提供 8. Third-Party Sharing

運営者が、ユーザーの記録や個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合を除き、外部の組織と共有することはありません。

The developer does not sell, share, or disclose your records or personal information to third parties. We will not share your data with external organizations except as required by applicable law.
